Effective Fitness Training

This week we are learning the importance of a quality movement and how to train effectively in the lens of fitness that can be transferred to high quality movement whether we are shovelling snow, playing volleyball, hockey or general fitness.

Be ready with full Gym strip- Shirt, shorts/sweats, running shoes.
