This week we are in the foyer and learning about juggling and developing ways to improve hand-eye coordination.  We will be in the Foyer.

Review your goal from our first rotation of Wrestling and think about how you can improve this week towards your own improved achievement.

We will be in the Aux Gym.

Tuesday Dec 4th is a pep rally- some classes may be impacted by this.

This week we begin our wrestling unit
Highlights will be warm ups, effort, safety, skills and drills.

There will be a wrestling club this year with a lunch time meeting on Thursday November 15th.

Lacrosse Oct 22-26

Hi Grade 7,

This week in PE we will be back into our Lacrosse unit.
Please dress for the weather and layer up over your gym strip if it's cool in the mornings.

Foyer Fitness & Challenges

Hi Grade 7,

Due to this unseasonal fall weather it looks like we will be indoors this week.

We will meet in the foyer and work on our fitness.

Please have your gym strip, pencil and duotangs.

Toonie 4 Terry

Hi Grade 7,

In PE on Tuesday September 24th we will run the annual Terry Fox Run and this will happen during PE class time. 
If you can donate a Toonie in support of The Terry Fox foundation to raise money for cancer research, that would be great!

Please change for PE and dress appropriately for the weather.

I am very excited to be your teacher this year!

Thank you also for such a great start to the year.

We had a great week in starting to change for gymstrips, using your tote box, and learning skills in lacrosse.

Please remember that if you are buying Willow Park School gymstrip, that you can purchase and pick up your new gymstrip during your PE class on Tuesday Sept 18th and Wednesday Sept 19th.
