Lacrosse Unit Part 2

Hi Grade 7!

This week we will be outside for our Lacrosse Unit. If the weather is rainy or too wet we will be in the Aux Gym with Low Organized Handball Games.

Please be ready for all weather. This might include gloves and hats if you find the weather chilly.

This week we are focusing on developing our skills and applying them to game play. 

We are thinking about:
1) Move our Feet
2) Set the feet
3) Play the Ball

Remember your gym strip to each class.
