Track and Field Unit
Hi Grade 7,
This week is our annual track and field unit.
This week is our annual track and field unit.
All students should have signed up for 3 events of your choice. Students are responsible for attending all 3 events, bringing enough food and water, appropriate clothing for athletics, sunscreen and hat or a pop up tent if you wish, to protect yourself from the sun (fingers crossed). If you are unable to participate due to injury or an excused reason, we ask that you help out with the organization of the day in supporting staff with events. Please be responsible for all personal items that you may require on the day.
Students in grade 7-9 have the option to go off campus as usual and check back in for attendance with your homeroom teacher at the end of lunch. Your homeroom teacher will designate a meeting place for afternoon attendance to take place.
Students who are staying on campus can purchase farmer sausage on a bun for $3.00 and a small smoothie for $1.00.
Grade 7 leadership students will also be selling snacks and drinks to raise money tin support of a school Water Bottle Re-fill Station.
Please bring your positive school spirit and we wish each of you luck in reaching your goals.
